Helping your Business to be a better place to work

Well@Work is a new service for Businesses in the Huntingdonshire District who want to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of their staff, in order to reduce stress.

The aims of Well@Work are to promote mental wellbeing within the workplace, and help organisations identify, understand and manage the stress factors associated with their work. Businesses are required to comply with Health and Safety Guidance about Stress within the workplace.

The services to be provided by the Well@Work project will fall into the following areas:

  • Training – to include Mental Health Awareness / First aid and Stress Awareness
  • Management and Leadership – to include conflict resolution and leadership programmes
  • Organisations and Teams – to include assistance with organisational reviews and restructures, Myers Briggs Personality Tool to help teams work together
  • Trauma Reduction – to support those who have experienced industrial accidents or incidents and counselling
  • Complementary therapies to include Reflexology, Chair Massage, Reiki and meditation
