Information and Documentation
We have a wide range of information on mental health issues and related topics for service users, carers and the general public at our main office at The Limes and also at satellite points located at various venues around the local vicinity.
Mental Health Handbook
In 2004 Hunts Mind produced the Mental Health Handbook for people living in Huntingdonshire. This handbook is mainly for people between the ages of 16 and 65 informing them of the services that are available to them locally. A hard copy of the handbook is available from Hunts.Mind.
A Guide to Rough Times
In 2005 Hunts Mind collated the handbook entitled “A Guide to Rough Times.” This booklet is a guide for young people up to the age of 19, their parents, carers, friends and family on how to look after their emotional well-being when times are difficult. The booklet also provides information on what to do when some extra help is needed. A hard copy of the handbook is available from The Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on 01480 398555 or email pals@cambsmh.nhs.uk or you can download a copy (part one, part two.)
